These SMS Terms (“Terms”) describe how Epic Estate Sales & Cleanouts (“Epic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sends and manages text messages (SMS/MMS) to and from you. By opting in to receive texts from Epic, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Website Terms of Use.

1) Program description

Epic uses text messages to provide:

• Service & scheduling updates (walkthroughs, estimates, arrival windows, reminders)
• Project and account notices (approvals, rescheduling, follow-ups)
• Occasional promotions and event announcements (e.g., estate sale alerts)

Epic does not charge for these messages; however, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

6) How to opt out (stop texts)

You can revoke consent at any time:

We process opt-out requests promptly; please allow us up to 10 business days to ensure suppression across all Epic messaging systems. You may receive a one-time confirmation text after you opt out.

To resume messages after opting out, reply START or YES.

7) Delivery & carrier disclaimer

Delivery of SMS/MMS is subject to your carrier’s network. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers or devices.

8) Eligibility & your responsibilities

By opting in, you confirm that:

• You will notify us if your number changes or is reassigned.
